New Delhi, August 5, 2025 — RailTel Corporation of India Ltd has confirmed the timely payment of interest and full redemption of its Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) bearing ISIN: INE027A07012, in accordance with Regulation 57 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company paid an interest amount of Rs 32.95 crore and redeemed the principal amount of Rs 500 crore on August 5, 2025, fulfilling its obligations on schedule without any delays.

This payment is part of the yearly interest cycle for the NCDs issued with a total face value of Rs 500 crore. The record date for determining eligible debenture holders was July 11, 2025.
