Engineers India Announces Senior Management Change: Jayati Ghosh Retires

NEW DELHI, September 1, 2025 — Engineers India Limited (EIL) has announced a change in its senior management, with Smt. Jayati Ghosh, Executive Director (Process), retiring from the company.

According to a regulatory filing submitted to the BSE and NSE, Ghosh's retirement is effective from August 31, 2025, upon reaching the age of superannuation. The company has informed the stock exchanges of the change in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
