Lords Mark Industries: Lords Mark IVD Portfolio Gets MHRA Registration; UK Sales Planned for
Lords Mark Industries plans UK IVD sales from December 2026 after MHRA registration, about two months ahead of schedule, with a pathology lab to follow.

The Lords Mark IVD portfolio has received registration with the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), Lords Mark Industries Ltd said in a BSE filing on October 5, 2026. The company plans to begin commercial sales of these diagnostic products in the UK from December 2026, approximately two months ahead of its earlier schedule.
The registration, dated September 24, 2026, records the company as a registered manufacturer. It extends the company’s planned healthcare presence in the UK from renal-care technology into in vitro diagnostics, or IVDs.
The disclosure was submitted under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations. Lords Mark Industries trades on BSE under scrip code 501261.
Diagnostics registration widens product portfolio
The filing identifies four categories covered by the latest MHRA registration:
- Haematological cell analysers.
- Multiple clinical chemistry analysers.
- Buffered sample diluents.
- Instrument and analyser cleaning agents.
The development follows the company’s September announcement of MHRA registration for its AI-powered Renalyx haemodialysis system. Together, the registrations support its plans to offer both renal-care technology and diagnostic products in the region.
Lords Mark Industries intends to use the UK market as an international platform while pursuing opportunities in UK-allied markets. The filing explicitly states that expansion into those markets remains subject to applicable regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction.
According to the filing’s account of UK government requirements, medical devices, including IVDs, must be registered with MHRA before being placed on the Great Britain market. The registration therefore represents a regulatory step towards the planned commercial launch.
Pathology laboratory operations planned for January
Alongside product sales, the company plans to commence operations of its pathology laboratory from January 2027. The proposed laboratory would add diagnostic services to its healthcare activities, linking its diagnostic products with laboratory capabilities and healthcare delivery.
Management said the IVD registration reflected an ambition to build a broader diagnostics and healthcare platform beyond a single product. The filing sets out a sequence of planned commercial activity: UK IVD sales from December 2026, followed by pathology laboratory operations in January 2027.
