Goel Construction order book stood at approximately ₹1,300 crore-plus as of September 30, 2026, the company said in an October 2 BSE filing outlining its business performance for the six months ended September 30, 2026, or H1 FY27. The construction company also reported securing orders in logistics park and steel plant construction during the period.

Goel Construction Company Ltd, listed on BSE under scrip code 544504, said its ongoing order book provided execution visibility for the coming periods. It described new order booking during the first half as satisfactory against a backdrop of economic volatility.

The company reported healthy project execution across multiple locations during H1 FY27. The business update focused on its order pipeline, execution activity and expansion into adjacent construction segments.

Expansion beyond cement construction

Goel Construction said its entry into logistics park and steel plant construction reflected its effort to diversify beyond its core cement business. It also identified data centres and power plants as sectors offering future opportunities, without reporting secured orders in those areas.

The filing outlined three elements of its evolving project mix:

  • Orders secured in logistics park and steel plant construction during H1 FY27.
  • A shift towards end-to-end project execution, adding mechanical, structural and electrification works to civil construction.
  • Selective pursuit of larger and technically demanding projects while maintaining a diversified order book.

The company said its move into adjacent sectors draws on its established execution capabilities, technical expertise and existing business model. It expects to operate in these segments on terms broadly aligned with its current business.

Second-half order outlook

Goel Construction expects new order closures to gather pace in the second half of FY27 as geopolitical conditions and economic macros stabilise. This remains the company's outlook for upcoming business, distinct from the orders already secured during the reporting period.

Alongside diversification, the company described end-to-end project execution as a direction for its business, building on its civil construction capabilities to cover a wider scope of work within projects.
