The consolidated review also relied on other auditors for 11 subsidiaries whose standalone interim information reflected revenue of Rs 387.56 crore, net loss of Rs 21.14 crore and a total comprehensive loss. Separately, the board re-appointed M/s Bandyopadhyaya Bhaumik & Co. as cost auditor for FY 2026-27. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and accompanied by limited-review reports.
