The statutory auditor said its conclusion was not modified but drew attention to matters concerning catering licence-fee enhancement, input-tax-credit claims involving developer-cum-operators of Railneer plants, and an anti-profiteering proceeding.
The filing said no conclusive order had been passed by the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal in the matter arising from a National Anti-Profiteering Authority notice alleging profiteering of Rs 50.41 crore. It also noted continuing proceedings involving the Sankrail and Hapur Railneer plants.
The results were prepared under Indian Accounting Standards. IRCTC said they would also be made available on its website. The company is a Government of India enterprise with Navratna status and is listed under BSE scrip code 542830 and NSE symbol IRCTC.
