SCOPE and Capacity Building Commission sign agreement for DAKSH Leadership Program with IIM Indore and Egon Zehnder

Advancing the commitment to build a leadership pipeline for the future within PSEs, the DAKSH Leadership program saw Shri Atul Sobti, Director General of SCOPE, and Shri S.P. Roy, Joint Secretary of the Capacity Building Commission, sign an agreement with Prof. Himanshu Rai, Director of IIM Indore, and Shri Rahul Rana, Partner at Egon Zehnder for the program's second batch.
The signing took place with Chairman of the CBC, Shri Adil Zainulbhai, who attended virtually, along with Smt. Alka Mittal, Member of the CBC, Shri Ayush Gupta, Director of HR at GAIL, Shri K. K. Singh, Director of Personnel at SAIL, and senior officials from the CBC, SCOPE, and PSEs.
SCOPE and the CBC are working together with Egon Zehnder as the Knowledge Partner and IIM Indore as the Academic Partner for the second batch of DAKSH. This unique leadership development initiative aims to cultivate a group of high-performing leaders who are prepared for strategic and board-level roles in PSEs. The first cohort of DAKSH includes around 75 high-potential senior executives from various PSEs across the country. They are currently engaged in learning experiences with McKinsey and IIM Ahmedabad, serving as Knowledge and Academic Partners, respectively.
