During the virtual signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government and the International Labour Organisation (ILO) today, Dr. Mandaviya emphasized that this collaboration will help young people access global job opportunities. It will also assist the country’s workers in integrating into global labour markets.
The Minister pointed out that the partnership shows a shared commitment to shaping the future of work amid rapid changes. He mentioned that the International Reference Classification will help standardize data and promote mutual skill recognition.
This initiative aims to boost the global competitiveness of Indian graduates and establish the country as an international center for high-quality, future-ready education and training.
