Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) and BEML Ltd have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster strategic collaboration aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities and technical knowledge among executives of both organizations.

The MoU focuses on promoting continuous learning and capacity building for middle and senior level executives. It also aims to create a structured platform for innovation, knowledge sharing, workshops, and collaborative training programmes.

The MoU documents were exchanged by Mr Ramkumar B, General Manager of HR at BEL, and Mr Abenezer Samir Khess, Head of Corporate HR at BEML. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Mr Manoj Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of BEL, Mr Vikraman N, Director of HR at BEL, and Mr Debi Prasad Satpathy, Director of HR at BEML.

This collaboration marks a significant step towards mutual growth, leveraging shared expertise to nurture future-ready leaders and boost organizational excellence.
