Indoco Remedies KYC requirements were detailed in a September 29, 2026 BSE filing, as the company informed exchanges that it had dispatched a reminder to shareholders holding physical shares. The letter asks them to furnish mandatory identification and bank details to its registrar and transfer agent.

The reminder cites SEBI’s master circular dated February 6, 2026, as amended. Physical shareholders must furnish or update their PAN, mobile number, specimen signature and bank account details with the company or its registrar, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited.

The communication concerns shareholder documentation and payment eligibility. It does not declare a dividend or specify a payout amount, record date or payment schedule.

Payment eligibility and optional details

According to the shareholder letter, holders with incomplete mandatory details can lodge grievances or access service requests from the company or registrar only after furnishing the required documents and information.

The letter also states that, with effect from April 1, 2024, payments including dividends, interest or redemption, where applicable, are available for such folios only through electronic mode after all mandatory details are furnished.

Citing the SEBI listing regulations’ Fifth Amendment Regulations, 2025, the reminder says all dividends must be paid electronically. Shareholders are therefore asked to update bank details to enable timely credit of any dividend the company may declare.

  • Email ID and nomination remain optional. The registrar nevertheless encourages shareholders to register an email address for online services and use the nomination facility.
  • Forms ISR-1, ISR-2, ISR-3, SH-13 and SH-14 are available on the registrar’s website, www.in.mpms.mufg.com, under Resources, Downloads, KYC and Formats for KYC.

Submitting documents and dematerialising shares

Shareholders should send completed, signed forms with supporting documents to MUFG Intime India Private Limited, Unit: Indoco Remedies Limited, at C-101, Embassy 247, L.B.S. Marg, Vikhroli (West), Mumbai 400083.

The reminder states that transfers of shares in physical form have not been permitted since April 1, 2019. Holders seeking dematerialisation should approach a SEBI-registered depository participant and open a demat account if required. The participant forwards certificates and supporting documents to the registrar for scrutiny before dematerialised shares are credited.
