Central Bank of India portfolio changes took effect on October 1, 2026, with three senior executives assigned revised responsibilities through rotational transfers, according to the bank’s BSE filing dated October 3, 2026.

The changes cover the Customer Care Department, NEO Banking & Emerging Technology Department and Gold Loan Cell. Two executives have exchanged departmental responsibilities, while a third has moved from the Strategy Department to the Gold Loan Cell.

The bank described the development as a change in the portfolios of its senior management on account of rotational transfers. The effective date stated in the disclosure precedes the date of the exchange communication by two days.

Executive responsibilities reassigned

  • P Anup Kumar moves from the NEO Banking & Emerging Technology Department to the Customer Care Department.
  • Ashwani Kumar Dhingra moves from the Customer Care Department to the NEO Banking & Emerging Technology Department.
  • Partha Sarathi K Naidu moves from the Strategy Department to the Gold Loan Cell.

The first two transfers place Kumar and Dhingra in the departments previously assigned to each other. Naidu’s revised responsibility is listed separately as the Gold Loan Cell, with the Strategy Department identified as his previous portfolio.

The filing presents each executive’s existing and new portfolio, allowing readers to identify the specific responsibility being transferred. All three entries fall under the same October 1 effective date given by the bank for the rotational transfers.
