IRCON International: IRCON Senior Management Appointments: Board Names Two Executive Directors
IRCON appoints Vimal Kishor Nagar and P.V. Sreekanth as executive directors, adding both officials to senior management from August 7, 2026.
IRCON International Ltd said in a BSE filing on August 7, 2026, that its board had approved two IRCON senior management appointments with effect from the same date. Vimal Kishor Nagar has been appointed Executive Director, Electrical, while P.V. Sreekanth has been appointed Executive Director, Signal and Telecommunication.
The appointments were approved by the Board of Directors following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Both officials will form part of the company’s Senior Management Personnel from August 7, 2026.
IRCON informed BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India about the management changes under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The company disclosed that the event took place at 12:52 pm. Its exchange identifiers are BSE scrip code 541956 and NSE symbol IRCON.

Both executives have been appointed in the Rs. 1,50,000-3,00,000 IDA scale. Nagar is an electrical engineer with more than 30 years of experience spanning business development, railway electrification and electrical infrastructure projects. An IRSEE officer from the 1993 batch, he joined IRCON on deputation in June 2021 and was absorbed on April 15, 2026.
His project exposure covers railways, metro railways, extra-high-tension substations, transmission lines and solar power. His corporate responsibilities have included bidding and tendering, financial planning, human-resource planning and risk-management analysis. The filing said the disclosure of relationships between directors was not applicable to his appointment.
Sreekanth’s professional background
P.V. Sreekanth is an IRSSE officer from the 1988 batch with more than 35 years of experience across Indian Railways and railway public-sector enterprises. His work has covered railway infrastructure, digital microwave networks, signalling systems and communications projects.
His disclosed assignments include CATC for Calcutta Metro, microwave-network work across Southern Railway and South Central Railway, and PI, RRI and EI works. At RailTel, he was involved in projects including a long-haul DWDM network, National Knowledge Network, pan-India high-bandwidth links, a Tier-III certified data centre and hosted services. He joined IRCON through permanent absorption in November 2021.
