RITES dividend 2026: Final payout record date set for September 20
RITES has fixed September 20 as the final dividend record date, subject to shareholder approval at its 52nd AGM scheduled for September 25.

RITES dividend 2026 details moved into focus after RITES Ltd informed the exchanges on August 25, 2026, through a BSE filing that it had fixed Sunday, September 20, 2026, as the record date for payment of the final dividend for FY 2025-26. The dividend remains subject to approval by shareholders at the company’s annual general meeting.
The filing did not disclose the proposed dividend amount per share, its percentage of face value, the face value of each share or a payment date. Accordingly, the September 20 date should be read as the eligibility cut-off for the corporate action and not as the dividend payment date.
Shareholder eligibility and AGM schedule
Shareholders holding the company’s shares as of the record date will be considered for the final dividend, provided the payout is approved at the AGM. The company has scheduled its 52nd annual general meeting for Friday, September 25, 2026, at 11:00 am IST. The meeting will be conducted through video conferencing or other audio-visual means.
Members holding shares in physical or dematerialised form as of Friday, August 21, 2026, are entitled to receive the AGM notice and FY 2025-26 annual report through their registered email addresses. Members who have not registered an email address will receive a letter containing the web link and exact path to access the annual report, in line with SEBI listing requirements.
E-voting window
The company also set out the voting timetable for AGM resolutions:
- Remote e-voting will open on September 22, 2026, at 9:00 am.
- The remote voting window will close on September 24, 2026, at 5:00 pm.
- September 20, 2026, will be the cut-off date for determining eligibility to vote remotely.
Members attending the AGM through video conferencing or other audio-visual means may use the meeting’s e-voting facility only if they have not already cast their vote through remote e-voting. The exchange intimation was signed by company secretary and compliance officer Nikhil Agarwal and submitted under the applicable SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations.
