Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd disclosed the appointment of IRFC joint statutory auditors for financial year 2026-27 in a BSE filing on September 10, 2026. The filing lists the following firms as joint statutory auditors for FY 2026-27:

Both firms were named in the same C&AG communication. The disclosure identifies their assignment as a joint statutory audit appointment for the company.

Appointment and exchange disclosure

IRFC said the appointments were made under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013. Its intimation to the exchange was submitted pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

BSE carried the disclosure under Regulation 30 against IRFC's scrip code 543257 on September 10, 2026. The company's letter, numbered IRFC/SE/2026-27/44, was submitted for the exchange's information and record.
