RailTel Secures Rs 10 Crore IT Work Order from Odisha Government

New Delhi, 24 July 2025 — RailTel Corporation of India Ltd., a leading public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, has secured a significant domestic work order worth Rs 10,05,91,421 from the Department of Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (SSEPD), Government of Odisha.

The project involves implementation of comprehensive IT solutions tailored to meet the requirements of the SSEPD department. The execution timeline is set to conclude by 20 January 2026, as officially disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.

The SEBI-mandated disclosure was filed through Annexure A and electronically signed by Jasmeet Singh Marwah, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. RailTel confirmed that the promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity and the transaction does not fall under related party provisions.
