Nihar Info Global Ltd has signed a definitive agreement with MMTC-PAMP India Private Limited to integrate digital gold and digital silver services into its proprietary GoldnSilver.shop platform, the company said in a BSE filing dated 26 August 2026.

The Nihar Info Global MMTC-PAMP agreement is intended to enable customers to access digital precious-metal services through GoldnSilver.shop. According to the filing, the arrangement will support the purchase, storage, sale and redemption of 24-karat digital gold and silver, including the option of doorstep physical delivery in minted products.

GoldnSilver.shop expands multi-provider network

With MMTC-PAMP joining the platform, Nihar Info Global said it has established a three-provider digital precious-metals ecosystem on a unified technology infrastructure. The other entities identified in the filing are SafeGold, operated by Digital Gold India Private Limited, and Augmont Goldtech Private Limited.

  • MMTC-PAMP: A joint venture between government undertaking MMTC Limited and Switzerland-based MKS PAMP. The filing identifies it as the operator of India’s only LBMA-accredited gold and silver refinery.
  • SafeGold: Provides technology-enabled vaulting, fractional purchases of 24-karat gold and infrastructure for digital-to-physical redemption.
  • Augmont: Offers digital gold and silver services, systematic purchase options, and an enterprise and jeweller partner network across India.

Nihar Info Global said the multi-provider model is designed to give users access to multiple established service providers through a single interface, allowing customers to select a provider based on their preferences.

Services to be introduced in phases

The filing said GoldnSilver.shop may progressively make available one-time purchases, systematic savings options and physical delivery. Availability will remain subject to the respective provider’s terms and completion of technology integration.

The company described the architecture as a foundation for developing GoldnSilver.shop into an integrated technology platform covering physical precious metals, digital assets and allied services. No agreement value or financial projections were disclosed in the filing.

Nihar Info Global also clarified that MMTC-PAMP is not a related party to the company or its promoters and promoter group. The agreement was executed on an arm’s-length basis. The disclosure was submitted under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. Nihar Info Global trades on the BSE under scrip code 531083.
