NHPC Dividend 2025 Announcement Date, NHPC Share Price Target: NHPC shares have gained investors attentions with a solid 15 per cent rally in just 1 week just ahead of the Q4 results and dividend announcement. On Friday (May 16), NHPC shares closed in the green at Rs 89.74 on BSE. 

According to an exchange filing by NHPC, a board meeting is scheduled to take place on May 20 (Tuesday) to announce Q4 results. The board will also take up a proposal for the recommendation of dividend. If dividend is announced, then it will be a final dividend by NHPC for FY 2025.

"A meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 20th May, 2025 to inter-alia consider audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2025. The Board of Directors in the aforesaid meeting may also consider to recommend final dividend for the FY 2024-25," NHPC said in filing.

NHPC dividend record data 2025 may be announced by the board along with dividend amount in the Q4 results.

NHPC dividend yield is 2.12 per cent on each stock. According to BSE website, NHPC in February 20205 paid an interim dividend of Rs 1.50 on each stock. In 2024, NHPC had paid dividend on two occasions to its shareholders -- Rs 0.50 in August and Rs 1.40 in February. In 2023, NHPC had paid dividend twice to its shareholders, aggregating to Rs 1.85.
