MIDHANI Q1 results showed revenue from operations rising 40.46% year-on-year to Rs 239.49 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, from Rs 170.50 crore a year earlier. Mishra Dhatu Nigam Ltd disclosed the unaudited standalone and consolidated results in a BSE filing on August 12, 2026.
On a standalone basis, total income increased to Rs 249.47 crore from Rs 177.61 crore. Profit before tax grew 25.89% to Rs 23.92 crore from Rs 19.00 crore, while profit after tax rose 27.42% to Rs 16.31 crore from Rs 12.80 crore. Basic and diluted earnings per share improved to Rs 0.87 from Rs 0.68.

Consolidated profit reaches Rs 16.47 crore
Consolidated revenue from operations was Rs 239.49 crore, compared with Rs 170.50 crore in the year-ago quarter, while total income stood at Rs 249.47 crore against Rs 177.61 crore. Consolidated profit before tax increased to Rs 24.07 crore from Rs 19.16 crore, and net profit rose to Rs 16.47 crore from Rs 12.97 crore. Consolidated EPS was Rs 0.88, compared with Rs 0.69.
The consolidated accounts include Utkarsha Aluminium Dhatu Nigam Ltd under the equity method. The joint venture contributed a share of profit after tax of Rs 15.47 lakh for the quarter and no other comprehensive income. MIDHANI holds 50% in the venture, which has not started operations.
Production, order book and auditor review
MIDHANI reported value of production of Rs 260.36 crore, up 7.90% from Rs 241.29 crore in the corresponding quarter. EBITDA increased 12.89% to Rs 46.60 crore from Rs 41.28 crore. The company's order book stood at Rs 2,329 crore as of July 1, 2026.
Statutory auditor Anjaneyulu & Co issued unmodified limited-review reports on the standalone and consolidated results. The auditor did not independently review the joint venture's interim results and relied on the other auditor's report for that component; it said this did not modify its conclusion. The board approved the results at its August 12 meeting. Total financial indebtedness as of June 30 was Rs 209.02 crore, with no reported default.
