New Delhi, August 7, 2025 — Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC), a Government of India enterprise and a listed Navratna PSU, has issued an official communication announcing a revision in the cut-off date for its upcoming 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
In a notice submitted to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), IRCTC informed that the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of members to vote on resolutions or attend the AGM has been rescheduled to Saturday, August 23, 2025, instead of the previously communicated Friday, August 22, 2025.
The notice, signed by Ms. Suman Kalra, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, clarifies that all other details related to the AGM, including the mode of e-voting and record date, will remain unchanged.
The change was made in reference to the company’s earlier communication dated August 6, 2025. Stakeholders and shareholders have been requested to take the updated information on record.
The company has also ensured that the revised date will not impact any other procedural or statutory arrangements made for the AGM.
