New Delhi – Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has notified the BSE and NSE of the closure of its trading window starting Tuesday, July 1, 2025, in accordance with SEBI’s Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015.

The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. HUDCO stated that the date of the Board Meeting for result consideration will be informed in due course.

The restriction applies to all designated persons and their immediate relatives as per the company’s Code of Conduct for Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure policies.
