HAL Announces Key Changes in Senior Management Effective July 1, 2025
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) announces 32 senior-level promotions and appoints a new CEO (HC) as part of management changes effective from July 1, 2025.

defence company under the Ministry of Defence, announced key changes in its senior management with effect from July 1, 2025. As per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a total of 32 senior officials have either been promoted or newly appointed across various divisions of the organization.
The highlight of the announcement is the appointment of Shri P B Rangarao as CEO of the Helicopter Complex (HC). Alongside this major change, several senior officials across critical operational units and strategic locations have been elevated to higher roles, reinforcing HAL’s commitment to strengthening leadership across the organization.
