Review report and board appointments

The statutory auditor’s limited-review conclusion was not modified. However, it noted that the consolidated figures included financial information for components not reviewed by the principal auditor. These included a subsidiary reporting quarterly revenue of Rs 19.58 crore and net profit of Rs 6.88 crore, and a joint venture contributing the group’s share of profit of Rs 42.51 crore; their respective auditors had reviewed the information. A foreign associate and a joint venture under liquidation were not reviewed by their auditors, with management describing the information as not material.

The board also approved the appointments of Kahuli Sema and Ashish Kumar Gupta as non-official independent directors for three years, or until further orders, subject to necessary compliance. The appointments followed an August 12, 2026 letter from the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas and remained under process.
