Kolkata – Coal India Limited (CIL), a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Coal, has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 31, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter of FY 2025–26. The meeting will also consider the declaration of the first interim dividend for the fiscal year, if any.

The financial results, both standalone and consolidated, will be taken up after prior review by the Audit Committee of the Board, in accordance with Regulation 29 and 33 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR), 2015.

CIL has already closed its trading window from July 1, 2025, to August 4, 2025, in line with the company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. This precaution aims to ensure compliance and transparency during the sensitive period surrounding financial disclosures.

The notice, signed by Bijay Prakash, Compliance Officer, has been shared with both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE), and is publicly accessible via CIL’s investor portal.
