HAL Announces 62nd AGM Date and Dividend Record Details

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has formally announced that its 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be conducted on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 15:30 hours via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), ensuring secure and inclusive participation for shareholders.

The company has uploaded its comprehensive Annual Report for FY 2024-25, which includes the Notice of AGM, Board’s Report, Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR), Financial Statements, and Auditors’ Report on the respective listing portals.

In accordance with Regulation 42 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations, HAL has declared Thursday, August 21, 2025 as the Record Date for the payment of final dividend, subject to shareholder approval in the upcoming AGM.

To comply with provisions under the Income Tax Act, 1961, HAL has advised shareholders to upload requisite tax documents before the Record Date, allowing determination of applicable TDS rates and exemptions. Communication received beyond this date or via alternative modes will not be entertained.

Further, as per Rule 37BA of the Income Tax Rules, 1962, if the dividend income is assessable in the hands of someone other than the deductee, a prescribed declaration must be submitted via email to investors@hal-india.co.in on or before August 21, 2025.
