Dividend proposal before shareholders

At the AGM, members will also consider confirmation of the ₹1.15 per-share interim dividend already declared in February 2026 and vote on the proposed ₹0.35-per-share final dividend for FY 2025-26. The final payout cannot be treated as declared until shareholders approve it at the meeting.
