Mumbai: Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd reported a 6.7 percent increase in net profit for the fourth quarter of the financial year, with earnings reaching Rs 92.2 crore compared to Rs 86.3 crore in the same quarter last year. The company's revenue rose by 9.6 percent year-on-year to Rs 952.7 crore, supported by consistent demand across its automotive and industrial lubricant segments.

The company also posted a strong operating performance. EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 128.7 crore, marking a 9.7 percent rise year-on-year. Operating margins remained stable at 13.5 percent despite volatility in input costs, reflecting effective cost control and pricing strategies.

In a move that underscores its focus on shareholder returns, the board of Gulf Oil Lubricants recommended a final dividend of Rs 28 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. The dividend payout is subject to shareholder approval and reflects the company’s robust financial performance and consistent dividend history.

Gulf Oil Lubricants continues to strengthen its position in the Indian lubricant market through portfolio expansion and strategic focus on both retail and B2B channels.

Ahead of the results announcement, shares of Gulf Oil Lubricants ended 1.45 percent lower at Rs 1202.45 on the Bombay Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
