GRSE to Enforce Trading Window Closure from July 1 for Q1 FY26 Financial Results

Kolkata – Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has informed the stock exchanges that it will close the trading window for insiders and designated persons from July 1, 2025, ahead of the release of its Q1 FY26 financial results.

In a letter submitted to the NSE and BSE, the company cited its internal Code of Conduct for Insider Trading and SEBI’s PIT Regulations as the basis for the move. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025.

GRSE noted that the exact date of the Board Meeting to review and approve these results will be communicated in due course.
