GAIL Sets August 29 for 41st AGM; Fixes August 4 as Record Date for Final Dividend

New Delhi – GAIL (India) Limited, a Maharatna public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has announced that its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).

In line with guidelines from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI, the AGM Notice and Annual Report for FY 2024–25 will be shared electronically with members whose email addresses are registered with the Company or Depositories.

Additionally, the Board has fixed Monday, August 4, 2025, as the ‘Record Date’ for determining eligibility of shareholders to receive the final dividend for the financial year 2024–25, subject to approval at the AGM.

The disclosure complies with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company communicated this update to BSE and NSE through an official filing signed by Company Secretary Mahesh Kumar Agarwal.
