New Delhi, 24 July 2025 — Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has officially revised the schedule for its 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the final dividend record date for FY 2024-25, as per its latest communication to BSE and NSE.

 

The AGM will now be held on Tuesday, 19 August 2025 at 10 A.M. IST via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. Shareholders registered with the Company or Depositories will receive the notice and Annual Report electronically.

Remote e-voting will begin at 9 A.M. on Saturday, 16 August 2025 and conclude at 5 P.M. on Monday, 18 August 2025. Only members listed in the Register of Members as of the cut-off date—Tuesday, 12 August 2025—will be eligible to vote.

Further, BHEL has designated Friday, 1 August 2025 as the Record Date for final dividend eligibility. If approved in the AGM, the dividend of Rs 0.50 per share (25% on paid-up equity) will be disbursed by 17 September 2025.

This revision reinforces BHEL’s commitment to timely disclosure and transparent shareholder engagement.
