Tushar Kumar takes charge as Executive Director (Renewables) in Coal India Ltd

Shri Tushar Kumar has taken charge as Executive Director (Renewables) on 15.09.2025 upon his selection in Coal India Ltd. and has become Senior Management Personnel (Executive Director—one level below the Board) of Coal India Limited.

Kumar, aged about 54 years, is an electrical engineer with postgraduate degrees in electrical engineering and an MBA (Finance). Shri Tushar has joined Coal India Limited On 15-09-2025 and has over 29 years of experience in the field of Thermal Power, wind power, and solar power plants.
