New Delhi, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has announced the retirement of Smt. Sushma Rawat, who served as Director (Exploration), effective July 1, 2025. The announcement was made in line with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and submitted to both BSE and NSE.
 
To ensure a smooth transition, the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, has given Shri Vikram Saxena, the current Director (Technology & Field Services), the additional role of Director (Exploration). This appointment starts on July 1, 2025, and will last for three months or until a regular appointee is chosen or further instructions are provided, whichever happens first.
 
 
Shri Vikram Saxena, DIN: 10892368, will take on this temporary role along with his current duties. This decision shows ONGC’s commitment to a smooth leadership change in one of its key areas.
 
Rajni Kant, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, signed the letter announcing this transition and submitted it as part of the company’s regulatory disclosure requirements.
