New Delhi, July 2, 2025 – Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has announced the appointment of Mr. Chandan Kumar Verma as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective from July 2, 2025. The disclosure was made to the BSE and NSE under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Mr. Verma is an Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) officer from the 2000 batch. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Botany from the University of Allahabad and brings extensive expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and tender evaluation for EPC and PMC contracts. Prior to this appointment, he held several key finance roles at RVNL and currently serves as CFO of HSRC Infra Services Limited, a wholly owned RVNL subsidiary.

He replaces Mr. Sanjeeb Kumar, Director (Finance), and is now recognized as part of RVNL’s senior management team. The company clarified that Mr. Verma has no relation to any other board member.

This leadership change is expected to reinforce RVNL's financial governance and support its ongoing infrastructure initiatives.
