Petronet LNG Appoints Shri Roopesh Kumar Tiwari as Executive Director (HR)

New Delhi, September 22, 2025 – Petronet LNG Limited has announced the appointment of Shri Roopesh Kumar Tiwari as Executive Director (HR), effective September 22, 2025. This position is one level below the Board of Directors and marks a significant addition to the company’s leadership team.

Shri Tiwari brings over 26 years of extensive experience in human resources across diverse industries, including cement, pharmaceuticals, IT, and public sector organizations. He has previously worked with Penna Cement, Kesoram Industries, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Sumtotal Systems, CAE Simulation, Food Corporation of India, and most recently, Dalmia Bharat Limited.

A Bachelor of Science graduate in Chemistry and Zoology, Shri Tiwari also holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Lucknow University. He is a certified performance coach and published author, with expertise in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, industrial relations, mergers & acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.

In his new role, Shri Tiwari will oversee Petronet LNG’s human resources strategy, workforce development, and large-scale labor relations, helping strengthen the company’s people-driven initiatives.

Petronet LNG operates major LNG terminals in Dahej, Gujarat, and Kochi, Kerala, and is a leading player in India’s natural gas sector.
