Naveen Dixit Appointed as Group General Manager IT at IRCTC
Naveen Dixit, IRTS officer and Deputy Chief Commercial Manager at NCR, has been appointed as Group General Manager IT at IRCTC Corporate Office in New Delhi for three years.
Naveen Dixit, Deputy Chief Commercial Manager for Unreserved Ticketing System at the North Central Railway Headquarters, has been selected for deputation to the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation. He will serve as the Group General Manager for Information Technology at the IRCTC Corporate Office in New Delhi.
An officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service, Dixit will take on this new role for a tenure of three years. His appointment is part of efforts to strengthen the technological capabilities of IRCTC, the public sector undertaking responsible for railway catering, tourism, and online ticketing services.
His experience in managing ticketing operations and commercial services is expected to contribute significantly to IRCTC's ongoing digital initiatives.
