New Delhi – Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) has appointed Shri Mukesh Saini as the Chief Regional Officer of its Jaipur Regional Office, effective June 20, 2025. The move comes under usual terms of deputation, as disclosed in a regulatory filing to the BSE and NSE on Tuesday.

Shri Saini is a senior officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS), 2008 batch, with over 17 years of experience across various departments of Indian Railways. Prior to this role, he served as Dy. Chief Commercial Manager, Passenger Marketing and Publicity Services (PM&PS) at North Western Railway (NWR), Jaipur.

IRCTC stated that the appointment aligns with its ongoing efforts to reinforce regional leadership and streamline service delivery in key zones. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

The company also confirmed that the appointment is not related to any promoter interest and does not constitute a related party transaction
