Hyderabad, July 3, 2025 – In a significant leadership transition, NMDC Limited has announced the appointment of Smt. G. Anupama as the Whole-Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company. This decision was ratified by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on July 3, 2025.

The appointment will be effective from July 3, 2025, following the superannuation of Shri K. Venkateswarlu, the outgoing CFO, on June 30, 2025. Anupama, currently serving as Chief General Manager (Finance) at NMDC, brings a wealth of experience and expertise, with over 29 years in the mining and metal sector.

A highly qualified professional, she holds certifications as a Cost and Management Accountant, Company Secretary, and is also a law graduate. Anupama has spearheaded key functions in corporate finance, treasury, budgeting, and strategic financial management. She played a pivotal role in NMDC's international acquisition of Legacy Iron Ore and the commissioning of the Nagarnar Steel Plant.

Her strategic financial input was also instrumental in the financial turnaround of RINL–Visakhapatnam, reinforcing her capabilities in complex financial restructuring and institutional reform.
