Central Bank of India management change: The public sector bank has promoted Jai Shankar Prasad as General Manager of its Customer Care Department, effective September 1, 2026, according to a BSE filing dated September 4.
The bank informed the stock exchanges about the change under Regulations 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The promotion was communicated through a Human Capital Management office order released on September 3, 2026.
