Shri Ajay Kumar Gupta, currently serving as General Manager (CMRO-TAM), has been appointed as the new Head (CRPO), effective August 7, 2025.

Ajay Kumar Gupta brings a rich blend of engineering proficiency and business management skills to his new role. He holds a P.G. Diploma in Business Management from the prestigious SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering, Nagpur.
Over the years, Gupta has played instrumental roles across CMRO, Bina Refinery, and Mumbai Refinery, showcasing his versatility and leadership capabilities in managing large-scale refinery operations.
