SPML Infra Secures Rs 385 Crore Jal Jeevan Mission Contract

Mumbai, July 11 — SPML Infra has been awarded a Rs 385 crore contract under the Jal Jeevan Mission, marking a significant step in strengthening India’s water infrastructure. The project focuses on designing and implementing a Water Production and Supply System for the Kekri-Sarwar Sector Package-III in Ajmer, Rajasthan.

The system will draw water from the Bisalpur Dam and aims to improve distribution across the region as part of the Kekri Water Supply Scheme. This development supports the government’s initiative to provide safe drinking water to every rural household.

The contract also includes a 10-year operation and maintenance commitment, ensuring long-term efficiency and reliability.
