Vakrangee Limited informed the exchanges on August 7, 2026, that its subsidiary Vortex Engineering Private Limited had secured a purchase order from one of India’s largest public sector banks. According to the company’s BSE filing, the Vakrangee ATM order is valued at ₹37.79 crore and covers the end-to-end supply, commissioning and maintenance of 540 ATMs and UPS systems.

The contract includes annual maintenance services for five years. The filing identifies the customer only as one of India’s largest public sector banks and does not disclose its name. Vakrangee described the contract as a repeat order that adds to Vortex’s institutional banking infrastructure portfolio.

Vortex expands institutional ATM portfolio
