Safecure Services contract secured from Bajaj and Poonawalla Group companies
Safecure Services has secured orders from Bajaj and Poonawalla Group financial services companies, expanding its base of established corporate clients.

Safecure Services contract wins have come from leading financial services companies belonging to the Bajaj Group and the Poonawalla Group, the company said in a BSE filing dated August 21, 2026. Safecure Services Limited, listed under scrip code 544596, described the development as part of its ongoing business operations.
The company did not disclose the names of the individual customers, the contract value, tenure or detailed scope of services in the filing. It also clarified that the orders, when viewed independently, are not being represented as a material financial event for the company.
Company highlights customer diversification
Safecure Services said the orders reflect continued trust in its offerings, capabilities and execution record. According to the filing, assignments from established corporate customers also validate the company’s service quality, operational reliability and ability to meet the standards expected by large organisations.
Management placed the contracts within its broader approach to building relationships with reputed and financially sound customers. The company identified several business objectives connected with such relationships:
- Diversifying its customer base;
- Reducing dependence on any single segment;
- Expanding overall business opportunities; and
- Building a foundation for sustainable, long-term growth.
The filing did not provide revenue projections or quantify the expected contribution from the orders. Safecure Services therefore presented the customer additions as a positive operating development rather than a material financial transaction.
Execution remains the immediate focus
Safecure Services said management is focused on the timely and efficient execution of the orders while ensuring that the delivered products or services meet customer requirements and quality expectations.
The company added that it would continue pursuing similar opportunities with other reputed and established customers. It also said appropriate disclosures would be made to the stock exchanges as required under applicable law and listing regulations.
The communication was signed by Shailendra Pandey, Managing Director, and issued from Thane. Safecure Services Limited was formerly known as Safecure Services Private Limited.
