NIS Management SME Rhodium status has been granted by the State Bank of India, the company said in a BSE filing on August 25, 2026. The Kolkata-based company said Rhodium is the highest status under SBI’s SME Star Rating Programme.

NIS Management Limited, listed under BSE scrip code 544495, made the disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Recognition among SBI’s MSME customers

According to the filing, SBI accorded the recognition to NIS Management from among its more than 23 lakh MSME customers. The company said the status recognised its longstanding association with the bank, consistent banking track record, financial discipline and continued engagement with SBI.

The filing identified several relationship benefits for an SME Rhodium customer, subject to the applicable programme guidelines, approved parameters and floor rates:

  • Additional concession in interest rates;
  • Enhanced concessions within approved parameters and applicable floor rates;
  • Complimentary onboarding to SBI Wealth under the corresponding category;
  • Priority consideration for eligible business banking requests, including fresh credit facilities and enhancements; and
  • Access to tailored financial solutions aligned with the company’s evolving business requirements.

Company cites financial discipline

NIS Management described the recognition as evidence of its enduring relationship with SBI and an affirmation of its focus on maintaining financial discipline and strong ties with financial partners.
