Karur Vysya Bank investor meet sessions were held in Hong Kong and Singapore as part of the Avendus Spark Institutional Equities INDX-Asia Edition 2026 Investors Conference, the lender said in a BSE filing on August 17, 2026. Members of the bank's top management participated in physical group and one-to-one meetings conducted across three days.

The meetings took place in Hong Kong on August 12, 2026, followed by sessions in Singapore on August 13 and 14, 2026. The disclosure continued an earlier intimation submitted by the bank on August 5 regarding its participation in the investors conference.

Senior management joins investor discussions

The bank identified the management representatives who participated in the institutional investor and analyst interactions:

  • B Sankar, Executive Director
  • R Ramshankar, Chief Financial Officer
  • S T Gopal, General Manager and Head of Retail Liabilities

The filing specified that Chief Financial Officer R Ramshankar attended the Hong Kong meeting, while S T Gopal attended the Singapore meeting. The disclosure did not provide details about the investors or analysts who participated, or the number of meetings conducted.

The conference format included both group interactions and one-to-one meetings. Such exchange disclosures provide market participants with information about scheduled or completed interactions between listed companies and institutional investors or research analysts.

Bank confirms no UPSI was shared

Karur Vysya Bank stated that the discussions were restricted to information already available in the public domain. It further confirmed that no unpublished price sensitive information, or UPSI, was shared or discussed during the interactions with institutional investors and analysts.

The bank submitted the outcome under Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. It described the filing as a voluntary disclosure made in accordance with the NSE guidance note on analyst and institutional investor meeting disclosures and related best practices dated July 29, 2022.

The communication, dated August 14, 2026, was addressed to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India. It carried BSE scrip code 590003 and NSE symbol KARURVYSYA and was signed by Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Srinivasarao Maddirala.
