Jana Small Finance Bank ESOP allotment comprised 38,057 fully paid-up equity shares issued on 13 August 2026 after employees exercised options, the bank said in a BSE filing on Thursday. The shares have a face value of Rs. 10 each and were allotted under RSU 2018, ESOP 2017 and ESOP 2018.

The newly allotted equity shares will rank pari-passu with the bank’s existing equity shares. Jana Small Finance Bank said it would submit applications to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited for listing and trading approval.

ESOP 2018 accounts for most of the allotment

Following the allotment, the bank’s paid-up equity share count increased from 10,57,14,482 to 10,57,52,539 shares of Rs. 10 each. The filing stated that total issued share capital after the issue stands at Rs. 1,05,75,25,390.

The allotted shares carry distinctive numbers from 105714483 to 105752539 and have the ISIN INE953L01027. No lock-in applies to these shares, according to the annexure filed with the exchanges.

Exercise prices disclosed

The employee shares were issued across four exercise-price groups. The bank allotted 2,203 shares at Rs. 464.58 per share, 375 shares at Rs. 403.95, 34,453 shares at Rs. 302.98 and 1,026 shares at Rs. 10.

  • The corresponding premiums were Rs. 454.58 on 2,203 shares, Rs. 393.95 on 375 shares and Rs. 292.98 on 34,453 shares.
  • The bank had filed the statement referred to under Regulation 10(b) of the SEBI share-based employee benefits regulations on 17 July 2024.
  • The allotment was disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
