Jammu & Kashmir Bank credit rating has been affirmed at IND AA-/Stable by India Ratings and Research, the lender said in a BSE filing on August 20, 2026. The review covered the bank’s long-term issuer rating and its Basel III-compliant Tier II bonds.

The Srinagar-headquartered private-sector bank informed the exchanges that the rating agency retained both ratings with a Stable outlook. The disclosure was submitted pursuant to Regulations 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
