IndusInd Bank’s Head of Digital Banking Resigns

MUMBAI: IndusInd Bank announced that Ms. Charu Sachdeva Mathur, Head of Digital Banking & Strategy, has resigned from her position to pursue new opportunities. Her resignation was effective as of September 15, 2025.

Ms. Mathur, a senior management personnel at the bank, will officially cease her services on December 14, 2025. Her departure marks the end of a notable 12-year tenure during which she played a pivotal role in the bank’s digital transformation.

In her resignation, Ms. Mathur expressed pride in her team’s accomplishments, citing their work in launching new consumer businesses and developing "industry-first digital platforms" that earned wide recognition. Her contributions were central to enhancing the bank’s customer experience and driving significant innovation.
