IndusInd Bank ESG rating has been assigned at 69 by Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics Limited, the bank said in a BSE filing dated September 9, 2026. The rating agency assigned the rating on the same day.

The bank clarified that it had not engaged Crisil ESG Ratings for the assessment. According to the disclosure, Crisil assigned the rating independently using publicly available information, in accordance with its methodology and rating process framework.

The disclosure therefore identifies both the rating assigned to the bank and the basis on which the agency undertook its assessment. It does not describe the exercise as a bank-commissioned rating.

Independent assessment based on public information

The filing reports the numerical ESG rating without providing a rating scale, a category label or separate component scores. It also does not provide a previous rating or a comparison with an earlier assessment.

Accordingly, the disclosed figure does not establish an upgrade or downgrade. The information supplied by the bank is limited to the rating, its assignment date, the agency responsible and the independent nature of the assessment.

IndusInd Bank submitted the information under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with the SEBI circular dated January 30, 2026.

The communication was addressed to BSE, the National Stock Exchange of India and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. It identified the bank by BSE scrip code 532187 and NSE symbol INDUSINDBK.

Company Secretary Anand Kumar Das signed the filing on behalf of IndusInd Bank Limited and requested the exchanges to take the information on record.
