CRISIL revised IndusInd Bank's long-term rating outlook to Stable from Negative while reaffirming AA+ and the short-term rating at A1+.

IndusInd Bank credit rating outlook was revised to Stable from Negative by CRISIL Ratings Limited, the private-sector lender said in a BSE filing on August 19, 2026. The rating agency also reaffirmed its AA+ ratings on the bank’s long-term debt instruments.
According to the exchange disclosure, CRISIL reaffirmed the short-term rating at CRISIL A1+. The rating actions cover the bank’s infrastructure bonds, Basel III-compliant Tier 2 bonds, short-term fixed deposit programme and certificates of deposit.
