Bank of Maharashtra investor presentation was filed with BSE on 7 September 2026, with the bank enclosing material for institutional investor and analyst meetings referenced in its earlier intimation. The Pune-headquartered lender said the presentation contains no unpublished price-sensitive information and has also been placed on its website.

The presentation reported total business of ₹6,504.57 billion as of June 2026, comprising total deposits of ₹3,444.93 billion and global advances of ₹3,059.64 billion. The bank’s global credit-deposit ratio stood at 88.82%.

June 2026 operating snapshot

  • Annualised net profit was ₹20.20 billion, up 26.84% year-on-year, while net interest income was ₹37.70 billion.
  • Annualised net interest margin stood at 3.79%, return on assets at 1.90% and return on equity at 24.65%.
  • CASA ratio was 48.51%, while cost of funds was 4.01%.
  • The bank had 2,816 global branches, including one GIFT IBU branch, 2,731 ATMs and 17,129 employees.

Asset quality and capital position

As of June 2026, Bank of Maharashtra reported gross NPA of 1.45%, net NPA of 0.13% and provision coverage ratio of 98.55%. Its capital adequacy ratio was 18.64%, with Tier-I capital at 16.35%. The presentation also showed total assets of ₹4,263.03 billion and net worth of ₹327.8 billion.

The bank said S&P Global and Fitch had assigned international ratings of BBB (Stable) and BBB- (Stable), respectively.
