Bank of Maharashtra investor meet sessions with groups of institutional investors and analysts will be held virtually from September 8 to September 24, 2026, the public sector lender said in a BSE filing dated September 3.

The bank submitted the schedule under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The communication described the programme as non-deal roadshows and analyst or institutional investor meetings.

Meeting schedule and disclosure safeguards

The filing sets out the principal terms of the planned interactions:

  • The meetings will involve groups of institutional investors and analysts.
  • All interactions are scheduled to take place in virtual mode.
  • The bank will refer only to publicly available documents during the meetings and calls.
  • No unpublished price sensitive information is proposed to be shared.

The disclosure does not identify individual investors or analysts, nor does it provide separate timings for the sessions within the stated period.

Dates remain subject to change

Bank of Maharashtra cautioned that the meeting dates may change because of exigencies affecting either the investors or the bank. The schedule should therefore be read as the bank’s current plan for the September interactions.

The lender addressed the intimation to both BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India. Bank of Maharashtra trades under BSE scrip code 532525 and NSE symbol MAHABANK.

The filing was signed by Vishal Sethia, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The bank also said the intimation is being hosted in the corporate announcements section of its website in accordance with the listing regulations.
